confort in silence

there are steps in plunging into a relationship - whether platonic or romantic. some of the relationships accelerate and jump into the next few steps faster than the average per step period.

i believe in quality over quantity, and i believe , too that once you've reached that relationship pedestal you would be at ease with silence even if you're together.

talking is for the getting-to-know-you stge, to tell the other party of what happened to your day or just plain information of your past or dreams.

do not be alarmed that your hubbie or wifey or bff sudenly became comfortable in not telling you anything even when you're together. you should be congratulated instead - this is the next and final step of your relationship - say hello to the "mime"

this doesn't mean that the relationship had gotten bland or this is start of the anti-climactic phase of the relationship. in reality, you are in the blissful plateau!
