There may be people more qualified than you (like the position for the king of trees, the buckthorn was the least qualified) but whenever God calls you to assume a position, do not refuse Him. He will provide you with the needfuls to do your task well.
One more thing - do not question God's generosity. The reward is the same for all although you have just served Him a little. Mas matindi pa nga yung magnanakaw crucified at His Son's right - imagine just before dying, he repented and he was rewarded the same for the minimal effort.
Aha, para din pala itong work hard and work smart - tama ba?
