funny how i am an internal auditor and yet i exercise no controls with my life. i am always lagged down by temporary highs and when it's over, i aimlessly ponder again on the usuals "what do i REALLY want to do with my life?" sucks, right?
i just read on 2 examples of good companies gone bad during the early 2000's (which started the SOx). all of them has lack of control and concentrate on gaining profit "whatever it takes" setting aside business ethics
